Established CT Energy Efficiency company looking to expand. We have already begun to expand our marketing canvass team and need a manager to grow this segment of our business. This position will be responsible for maintaining and growing all aspects of a door to door canvass team. From recruiting, hiring and delvelopment of all areas of this business segment. Must have strong technical skills and at least 2 yrs of previous managment experiance. There is a small team currently in place. Will also help to maintain other lead programs. This position is paid fully on commission and will also include a bonus. This job mandates a person with a strong commitment to success and an entrepreneural vision.
